Hire Purchase

If you are looking to own the asset outright, we would recommend a finance option such as Hire Purchase. Hire Purchase is flexible, cost-effective and provides easy budgeting, allowing you to own the goods outright after a defined period.

Finance Lease

A Finance Lease is like Hire Purchase, but the VAT is payable within the monthly repayments and the asset is not owned outright at the end of the agreement. If you are looking to upgrade your machinery more often, this is the option for you.

Operating Lease / Contract Hire

This option is ideal if you do not wish to own the asset outright at the end of the term. Agreements of this type often include the machine cost, maintenance and service, repairs and delivery, all within the repayments. Giving you peace of mind that everything is paid for.

Business Loans

A Business loan is a lump sum to invest in your business. The loan can be used for any assets that your business may need. Assets that are purchased through a business loan will be owned by you outright.

Commercial Mortgages

We work with specialist lenders to provide you with competitive deals on commercial mortgages. Facilitating the purchase of commercial property with a maximum period of 25 years with both fixed and variable rates available.
